Among all of the other wonderful things that Fairhope has to offer, coffee is well represented in this bayside city. There are numerous places to grab a hot cup o’ joe, and a few of them are highlighted below.

Coffee Loft

If you’ve never been to Coffee Loft before, you may need a few minutes to take in the hand-decorated chalkboards lining the walls above the ordering counter. They detail all of the delicious coffee concoctions that Coffee Loft has to offer, from traditional favorites like a vanilla latte to store specialties like the Muddy Rose (a dark chocolate and raspberry coffee drink). Along with their extensive drink menu, you can also get any of the drinks frozen, a lovely treat during the steamy coastal summers!

Provision

Provision is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and stay for a while in their living room-style space. They offer traditional coffee drinks as well as seasonal options that change every few weeks. You can browse their diverse gift section or wine selection while enjoying a drink made with love by one of the friendly folks behind the coffee bar.

Page & Palette

Page & Palette has been serving the city of Fairhope for over 50 years, and you feel it as soon as you walk in. A combo book store/bar/coffee shop, Page & Palette has such a unique feel that makes you want to stay for hours just to experience all they have to offer. In their coffee shop cleverly named Latte Da, they have all of your classic coffee shop favorites on their menu to fuel your afternoon of reading or hanging out with friends.

Mr. Gene’s Beans

Mr. Gene’s Beans is a staple of the downtown area. It’s popular among kids and adults alike, and it may be a surprising place to have a coffee considering that it’s mainly an ice cream shop. However, you can get coffee shop classics here, and you can even have ice cream added to them!

Refuge Coffee

If you’re serious about your coffee, this is the place to go. Refuge has an arsenal of caffeine-filled classics like cappuccinos and lattes as well as extra-strong options like the mach 1 and the americano. When you need a serious perk-me-up, make Refuge your first stop!

Warehouse Bakery and Donuts

Upon entering Warehouse, you’re immediately overcome with the sweet smell of donuts and pastries that were made fresh that morning. Though their unique and delicious food choices may be what brings you to Warehouse in the first place, you can’t leave without getting a cup of caffeine, served however you like it. Along with coffee shop classics, they also have seasonal coffee and tea offerings that rotate every so often. A bonus is that they carry coffee from Fairhope Roasting, so you can support two local businesses at once!

Kind Café

Kind Café certainly lives up to its name. Upon walking through the door, you’re greeted like an old friend by the staff. They offer all of your coffee shop favorites that are customizable with various syrups and add-ins. Each cup of coffee is made even better alongside one of their yummy homemade bagels.
