This is Fairhope on a Friday afternoon the way locals do it. We start at 4pm and walk a little over a mile through downtown, stopping at four of the best food establishments in town. Between them we stop at the corners of town and share stories about our unique history in the very place it happened.

Every Month Is a Different Afternoon
This is the part that brings people back two and three times a year. The route stays great. The theme changes completely. New cocktails, new plates, a new dessert, and a different set of stories along the way.

Haunted Fairhope
Dark spirits and darker stories. Witches Sangria at Pearl, The Nightshade at Little Bird, and Vampire Punch at the Social Club, with stops at the old jail and the cemetery in between. The strange history most people who live here have never heard.

Pearl
We kick things off at Pearl, where a Culinary Institute trained kitchen turns out some of the best seafood in Fairhope. Smoked fish dip, redfish, swordfish, and tuna, all paired with the first cocktail of the day, and honestly, a lot of guests tell us this stop alone would have been worth the ticket.
Little Bird
Chef Bill Briand’s Little Bird was just named one of the 50 best restaurants in the country by The New York Times, and one taste will tell you why. His bar team are some of the most talented drink curators on the Gulf Coast, and they pair every themed cocktail with chargrilled oysters and a chef’s special that changes every crawl.
Fairhope Social Club
Fairhope Social Club sits in a bungalow from 1939, and for about twenty-five years it was a metalworking studio where two women taught silver and copper for fifty cents a lesson. We’re having pan fried tortellini and the wings everybody pulls their phone out to photograph, and the bar builds us a cocktail of our own.
FAIRHOPE CHOCOLATE
Chef Jule handcrafts her chocolates right here in Fairhope, and she always pulls out all the stops for our crawl. Expect a taste of her chocolate paired with a themed cocktail that changes with the season, and a stop that surprises our guests every single time.
Fairhope Happy Hour Cocktail Crawl
$119 per person
Four craft cocktails, four courses, and a themed dessert. All food, drinks, and tax at the restaurants included. Once a month on a Friday at 4pm. Ages 21 and up, limited to 16 guests.
Good to Know
- Ages 21 and up. Bring your ID.
- Three hours. We start at 4pm and finish by 7:00, covering a little over a mile at a relaxed pace.
- Rain or shine. We will be weather aware and never walk in severe weather.
- Allergies and dietary restrictions. Tell us at checkout and we will work with the restaurants.
- Comfortable shoes. Downtown Fairhope is known for its easy walkability.
- Private crawls. Available for groups of 8 or more, any month, any theme. A favorite for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and work groups.
Tour guide gratuity is not included in your ticket. If your guide made the afternoon, 15 to 20 percent is standard in the tour industry.

How much does the Cocktail Crawl cost?
$119 per person, which covers all food, drinks, and tax at the restaurants. Tour guide gratuity is not included.
How long is the tour and how far do we walk?
Two and a half hours, from 4pm to 7:00pm, covering a little over a mile through downtown Fairhope. The pace is relaxed and the walk between stops is short.
Do I have to drink to come on the tour?
No. The food is worth the trip on its own and our partners will happily pour you something non-alcoholic instead. All guests must be 21 or older.
Can I book a private cocktail crawl?
Yes. Private crawls run for groups of 8 or more on the date that works for you, and you can pick the theme. Get in touch and we will build it around your group.
What happens if it rains?
The crawl runs rain or shine. We provide ponchos when we need them, and the walk between stops is short.
