The Fairhope Single Tax Corporation is the original land-holding entity established in 1894 based on Henry George’s economic theory that the only tax should be on the land itself, regardless of what’s built on it. What is a Jubilee in Mobile Bay?
A Jubilee is a natural phenomenon that occurs almost exclusively in Mobile Bay (and in one location in Japan). What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to our standard policy as outlined at booking. For specific situations or unusual circumstances, contact us directly.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Yes, with at least 48 hours notice and subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours is handled case by case. Contact us as soon as you know you need to change your date.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. Most of the route is covered or quickly accessible to indoor seating. We’ll provide guidance on the day if the weather is unusual. If severe weather forces cancellation by us, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
